Great customer service. Representative was approachable and welcoming. He took the time to talk through things with me in a positive caring manner. No matter how many questions I had or how indecisive I was, he was always patient with me, willing to explain even further. Never pressured me into doing anything. 4 stars only because I have to wait more than one week to receive the furniture.

Kyle was very helpful at the Marshfield location. I found exactly the coffee table I had in mind. The end tables were a bonus. I would recommend them for your furniture needs. Plus, it's good to shop local.

Covon was extremely helpful. We had been looking for 2 accent chairs for a few weeks. We narrowed down a few styles. He took the time to review options before we came into the store. Very happy with him and the store.

The manager was the only one that was interested in helping us. He was with other people and a female associate was helping other customers. When she was finished with them, she never approached us to as if she could help us. We walked up to the desk and found her sitting there doing nothing. Looked at us and never said a word. The manager was there helping a customer. Another man was sitting there on his phone and also ignored us. I finally asked the manager if the lady could help us. He said yes but never told her to help us before I asked him. There was another man just walki g around as well and never asked if we needed help either. Not impressed whatsover!! I was wondering what was going on. Manager should have instructed one of them to get off their butts and help him out. He was running around like a chicken with It's head cut off!! Good thing he's the manager and not one of the others. We just couldn't believe the lazy attitude of those other 3 people!
