Furniture Fair

Great experience! Very happy with our purchase and the gentleman that sold us the recliner was awesome. On pick up two days later the guys in the warehouse helped us load it in our vehicle. Got it home and it was super easy to set up.

We have made multiple purchases over the last year, and it has been such a great experience. Raj is the absolute best, and hung in there with me and my inability to make a decision, Hah! They have taken care of us anytime we have had a problem (which hasn't been many). Everyone has always been great! Highly recommend.

Ask for Jon Russell, that man is an awesome rep! Furniture Fair is fortunate to have an employee like Jon. He stayed right with me working through the purchase, the color and the return of a sectional that was replaced with a Digio sectional. It was well worth the wait! The Digio Sectional is a beautiful piece of furniture! Extremely well made and the pull out sleeper is solid!! Thank you Jon, great match and a happy customer!

I purchased a dresser that had been discounted. I looked it over thoroughly and took photos of it on the day I purchased it. I do not own a truck, so I rented a truck to pick it up. I arrive at pickup just 4 days after my purchase date with the truck I rented, and notice a fresh chunk of the paint chipped off on the top/front. This was NOT here the day I purchased it, as I can look back at photos and see that. I asked for assistance before loading the dresser up to take home, as I was hoping the manager could help make it right. She did not make it right. I asked if there was any discount she could give, as I received a dresser in a different condition than the one I purchased a few days prior. She said “this dresser is already discounted $700! I don’t know where we’d find the additional money to take off”. A staff that cares about their customers and wants to create brand loyalty, this was not how you address and handle this situation. Sad they didn’t make it right. They lost a returning customer.

Too expensive for things that you can find somewhere else for less money 💰 Furniture Fair is a regional furniture retailer known for offering a broad selection of home furnishings, including living room, bedroom, and dining sets, as well as mattresses and home decor items. While the store features a wide range of styles and brands, it is often noted for having higher price points compared to other furniture outlets, even for similar items that can be found elsewhere at lower prices. Despite this, Furniture Fair appeals to those seeking a more traditional shopping experience, with showrooms where customers can see and feel the furniture in person. The store also offers financing options, which may appeal to buyers looking to invest in long-term pieces for their homes. However, for budget-conscious shoppers, the prices may not always align with the store's value compared to more affordable alternatives.
