Furniture Fair (Bedroom & Dining)

This was a great experience. Wendy, the salesperson, was very helpful, patient and went out of her way to make sure different options would fit and match certain colors for me. I purchased a markdown item which was delivered two days later. The delivery guys actually are employees of Furniture Fair rather than a sub contractor. They gave a two hour window, showed on time and were extremely courteous. Kudos to Furniture Fair Florence!

Miss.Moore was exceptionally kind and carried herself with the upmost professionalism to which I very much appreciated. In my opinion, she sets the standard for what all woman and men of sales and service should stride for. She helped to set the pace of our experience upon our very entrance into the establishment. There is no better place of value, quality and because of her presence I can add the term of “service” to that list. Christy at Furniture Fair was excellent. She introduced herself and left us alone to walk around and test out sofas. When we started having questions, she was there with answers. She was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Furniture Fair had a great selection of sectional sofas and very competitive prices. We had a great experience and will definitely return to Furniture Fair!

Zach was wonderful!! He was very knowledgeable on the brand of furniture I was looking at which I appreciated. He was also very nice and didn’t make me feel high pressured to buy something, which I also appreciated. He allowed me to take my time to decide what I really wanted by taking samples home and creating images on an ipad to show what the product would look like. He is great and would highly recommended him to anyone looking for some new furniture.

Our Montana sectional is fantastic it has really improved our quality of life in our Fisher condo. Ben their technician came out to move swap two sections. He did that quickly and with precision a true professional. He then went over and fine tuned all the cabling then vacuumed before moving it all back in place. Thank you Ben and Furniture Fair!
