Furniture Fair

Tiffani was amazing. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helped to make sure delivery went smoothly. When I noticed the website offered a benefit that was not provided, I reached out to her and she not only took care of it, but did so quickly!

I had a very nice experience shopping at Furniture Fair in Cold Spring KY. Frank met me as soon as I entered the store. I was looking for a reclining love seat. I gave Frank the options I was looking for and he took me right to the appropriate area. Frank detailed the options of each item we viewed. I explained that I would go back and try each one out. Frank gave me the time and space to check them out and then returned. We completed the purchase in a very reasonable amount of time.

We purchased sofa and loveseat. We are very pleased in the salesman, the service and are very happy with the size and convenience of the furniture. Love the neck movement……that is a game changer for me! I have had lots of back and neck surgery and it has been super painful. The neck movement has made my life a lot more comfortable..

Great quality furniture; great customer service with sales associate Eamon M. Also, delivery personnel (Eric and Frankie) were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with furniture.

Mindy was awesome! From the time we walked in the door until we were ready to make a purchase. My mom was looking for a love seat and sitting chair and Mindy did a great job showing us options and giving us time to walk around and check out everything. Once my mom was ready, Mindy helped us look through fabrics and her expertise definitely helped in not making this an overwhelming process. Would highly recommend Mindy to others to help them with their furniture needs at Furniture Fair
