The Original Mattress Factory

Was very happy with the customer service of this location so this review is mainly aimed at their return/exchange policy as it's pretty terrible. BUYERS BEWARE that you really need to understand their policy if you are looking to drop thousands of dollars on a mattress here. I would personally look elsewhere that has a better return/exchange policy unless you are 100% certain on the mattress.

Had a great chat with Mr. Masters, a master at his craft and understanding what a buyer is looking for, quality, budget and education on product, all three are metrics met in my eyes, pay him a visit!

Our sales representative, Kirsten, could not have been more knowledgeable. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills throughout the purchase process. Deandre and Sam, who made the delivery, were also true professionals. They took extra care on a cold, snowy day and provided a flawless experience. We’ve enjoyed our mattress for almost a week and believe it is a winner in comfort and quality.

Ed provided us with good information and excellent service. Mattress arrived today, as scheduled, and delivery went great. This is our 7th mattress from OMF and we've always been very pleased with their quality and service over the years.

David was the best! My husband and I bought a mattress from here last week, everything went smoothly, David answered all our questions without being pushy and we got our bed very quickly and conveniently for us. It is the most comfortable bed and I couldn't be happier.
