Was very happy with the customer service of this location so this review is mainly aimed at their return/exchange policy as it's pretty terrible. BUYERS BEWARE that you really need to understand their policy if you are looking to drop thousands of dollars on a mattress here. I would personally look elsewhere that has a better return/exchange policy unless you are 100% certain on the mattress.

Deandre and Sam, who made the delivery, were also true professionals. They took extra care on a cold, snowy day and provided a flawless experience.
