Really bad and poor services. Not professionally with their prices. Always changing them up and down. Not sticking to the word after paying to hold things also does not like to refund you your money back when things were not delivered to you or things were damaged. I actually speak to a corporate and I even asked for a manager number and was denied after spending over $7,000 with them. I'm very I'm pleased and will never again be doing business here. I am looking for answers because I did order a full queen size bedroom set that is missing a mirror that's supposed to go with the long dresser as long as damages to my furniture from the mover or when they packed the furniture in the box when the movers was moving the furniture in my house I am very unhappy. I am not pleased with their so-called professional company and dealing with their customers and I would like to get a hold of someone to talk to more about the issues that I am having. I have requested that they come and pick up everything and just refund me all of my money back and the guy refused and said for me to email and never gave me the email to contact. Also refusing to give me the manager's number so I can talk to the manager personally and explain to her about my experience and what is missing and why I would just like for them to get all their things back and just get refunded. I still have all my receipts and proof of everything. Just looking for someone that I can talk to and at Corelli handle the situation. This is a unprofessional business and I will never go here again

Sale prices are too high for the quality you get. Check the furniture carefully. Many damaged pieces for sale on the floor. Quality of furniture is particle board, not real wood. Mattresses are wrapped nicely. Good customer service. Pricing nerds to be adjusted downward. That's my only complaint. The rest of the experience went well.
