Furniture & Mattress Discount King

We bought a furniture set in January consisting of 2 couches, an ottoman, and an oversized chair. We were able to pick up 3 pieces due to another client who abandoned their order - the staff mentioned that if we paid in full, we could pick up that week. (I should have used caution at this time.) We have not received a single phone call from the staff regarding the oversized chair, that we was not part of the pick up, since we placed the order in January. We continue to call and ask for an update but we receive no info and are told to wait - that there is nothing they can do about the shipping process. It has been SEVEN months & still no chair. No offer to remedy the situation. And still no form of communication from the staff or manager unless we continue to reach out ourselves. Although the prices were attractive, I will not be using this store again due to the poor communication and unprofessional service regarding this situation. I continue to wonder when we will receive the chair to complete the set & will soon be demanding a refund. I do not recommend buying unless they have ALL of the items in stock upon purchase.

I was dreading furniture shopping . However this place made it so super easy . They have a nice show room set up . They had exactly what I was looking for . They are so professional and nice . I had the furniture delivered . They were on time and set everything up perfectly. I will definitely reccomend this place and would shop with them again .

The place is clean and organized. The furniture selection was great!! I love my new dining set. I wish they offered assembly as well, although it was not too hard to put together with the help of my kids.

WENT THERE TO GET A LIVING ROOM SET AND I WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO ORDER IT, WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IF I LEAVE A DOWN PAYMENT, THE FRIDAY ONE THAT CAME IN WAS MINE.I AGREED AND PUT DOWN $1000, WAITED ABOUT A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AND THEY FINALLY CALLED ME. SO WHEN I GO GIVE THE REST, THEY WILL DRIVER DELIVER MY SET. I WENT TO PUT DOWN THE REST AND WAS TOLD THAT MY LIVING ROOM SET WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE, I TOLD THEM I WILL COME THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, WELL THE NEXT DAY THE MANAGER CALLS ME TALKING ME HOW THEY WON'T GIVE ME BACK NEITHER MY $1000 IN CASH(WHICH IS THE WAY I PAYED) OR A CHECK, THAT IT WAS JUST STORE CREDIT. AFTER ABOUT 10 OF US AGUEING ON THE PHONE, I TOLD HIM I NO LONGER WANTED TO DOWN ON THE PHONE AND THAT I WILL PERSONALLY GO IN AND TALK TO HIM(RUDELY) I WENT IN, WE EXCHANGED WORDS, HE CALLED HIS MANGER AND CAME BACK OUT AND TOLD ME I SHOULD BE WORDS EXPECTING $1000 CHECK ON THE MAIL 7-10 BUISNESS DAYS. HE TRIED TO COME UP TO MANY DIFFERENT EXCUSES IN WHICH I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T CARE WHAT HE HAD TO SAY, THAT THE POINT WAS THAT I WAS TOLD TO GIVE A DOWN PAYMENT AND THE ITEM WILL BE HOLD FOR ME. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHEN OR HOW I GET IT, I HAD PUT A DOWN PAYMENT AND THEY HAD NO RIGHTS TO SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEN HE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT HE COULD GET ME ANOTHER SET AND I SAID NO, THAT I ALREADY WENT ELSEWHERE AND GOTTEN ONE( THE SAME EXACT ONE FOR CHEAPER AND FREE DELIVERY. HE FOR BOTHERED AND SAID OH YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR US BUT WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE...I TOLD HIM IT DOESN'T CONCERN YOU AND IT'S NOT YOUR BUISNESS WHERE I WENT! HE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE TO NOT GO ALSO.... THEY ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY WENT TRYING TO SELL, BUT ONCE THEY GOT YOU IN THERE, THEY ARE NASTY. I SHOULD HAD FOUGHT A LITTLE MORE AND ASKED FOR CASH LIKE I PAYED THEM, BUT I WAS WITH SOMEONE ELSE(MALE) AND IT WASN'T ENDING NICE. I WANTED TO GIVE IT NO STARS WHATSOEVER, BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST... SO YEAH NO POST AND YES I RECORDED EVERYTHING AND GOT A PICTURE OF HIM. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

We love the Ashley sofa and loveseat. Thank you Austin for your help and knowledge. The process and delivery were quick, and the delivery service was smooth. I would recommend this store to ppl trying to save money and get a great deal on furniture.
