Sleep Number

This is our Third Sleep Number mattress purchase. The choices were streamlined and my husband picked one which he really felt the support for his lower back. Leo was informative, and very helpful in selecting the right mattress. We LOVE our sleep number mattresses! And looking forward to the new upgrade very much. C & R

My husband and I purchased a Sleep number bed at this store with Leo as our sales consultant. Leo was very knowledgeable, patient and explained things very well. I had numerous questions after the sale and he followed up promptly with everything. We have not received our new bed yet, but are looking forward to it as we have had a Sleep number bed in the past and really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this store as well as Leo as someone to work with if you’re interested in purchasing a Sleep number bed.

Ray Barber was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and very patient with the many questions we asked. Choosing the ideal mattress can be an expensive and many faceted decision. Ray made the process much less complicated and much more relaxing so that we could feel confident we made a great decision. We sensed she was genuinely more concerned about our long term satisfaction than simply making a sale.

We are continuing Sleep Number customers. We’re pretty loyal customers. We’ve had a sleep number mattress or a dozen years (prob longer)and have almost zero problems - needed a new remote once. By the way Lancaster Store customer sales person Ray (Rae) - she’s awesome!! We came in for pillows and picked up an upgraded new mattress.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer. We specifically discussed an issue at the time of purchase and stated the correct email to use to place the order. The wrong email was used. We were not able to register the mattress on the app due to this issue. I was told for a few weeks that IT was working on the issue. I had to repeatedly ask for updates and was told the same thing each time ‘we should have an update tomorrow’. I was never contacted first and there were never any updates. We had to cancel the purchase. I was never given an apology for the error. Without getting into specifics, we were treated as if we were being done a favor with IT working on the issue. When in fact if the order would have been placed the way we specified, the issue never would have occurred. They struggle to understand what good customer service is and clearly don’t want to be bothered after a sale is made. Many of my messages go unanswered and no response. A simple acknowledgment and apology of the issue would have went a long way. To add, this is not a product issue. This is a customer service issue at the store and corporate. No one wanted to help us. I asked repeatedly for a solution. We were given the option to cancel and reorder but the original delivery date wouldn’t be honored. We would wait longer due to being given a new delivery date. There was no considerations made for the situation. And no accommodations made to make the situation right. Again, the store placed the order wrong to begin with.
