Furniture & Mattress Discount King

Couch we bought is very great quality, it's exactly what I wanted. Nicest couch we've ever had. If I had to do it all over again, I'd pick a different store. From the very beginning, they did not keep their word. If they say 2-5 weeks for your furniture to be ready, expect more. If they say they'll call you, they won't. Any time you speak to them on the phone, they're incredibly unprofessional and you wonder if you called the right place. If you call them for an update, they have no idea what's going on. Very first time we called for an update, they said they didn't even see our invoice number in the system and would call back. Never called back and when I tried calling the store, it kept going straight to voicemail. Again, the furniture is great quality and a pretty decent price. The service is not.

Purchased a new sofa / recliner 1/18/25. I was very pleased with the selection at the store. Sales associate Christiana was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the various products I looked at, the product I chose, and the financing procedures. She explained each document, terms, and set up delivery. Delivery was scheduled in a acceptable time frame 1/21/25 8-12AM (only a few days as the product was in stock vice the product having to be built). The delivery crew was within the time frame stated, called in advance, and were careful, efficient, and professional with assembly. They even assisted in moving my old couch out to the curb which is not something they are required to do. Thank You Gentlemen.... I would definitely recommend Furniture and Mattress Discount King. New set just delivered today and so far I'm very happy with it. The sales person was very nice and helpful and delivery was perfect. I'll probably be back for a bedroom set soon. Thank you!

This store has a great selection and great prices. Kristiana was friendly and seemed to know the store like the back of her hand! She was patient and sure to ask me about any preferences that I had regarding sofa sets, and answered all of my questions patiently about the delivery process. I have recommended F&M Discount King to two of my colleagues for their excellent selection and customer service.
