I was also able to communicate with them by IG about getting my dining chairs exchanged to these ones and pay the difference via cashapp. They try to find solutions to your concerns. I wish I was able to give them zero stars. I purchased some funiture from their Pitkin location back in March. The same day it was delivered and assembled I realized stones were missing from the bed and none of the coffee tables were properly assembled. I informed the men who delivered the funiture and assembled it my issues, as they both pretended not to speak english but was able to tell me in English to call the store. Which I did while they were in my apartment. The guy I spoke too said they will bring back another bed. Until this day NOTHING!! I have went to store, called them every other day only for them to keep telling me they will call the warehouse and they went as far as to tell me to call the warehouse myself. I have also called westcreek to inform them the issues I was having also and still nothing. They motto they have posted about them being family owned and providing great customer service is bull. Once they get your money, you no longer matter. And I'm pretty sure they 5 stars they got we're from their employees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I have filed complaints with the proper chains of command and will be seeking counsel to deal with this matter as I am completely fed up being patient and trying to be polite.

They just want your money and after you pay they don’t care about when you receive your stuff. I paid a month ago for a bed set and they had told me in 2 weeks it’ll arrive. After the 2 weeks I called them and they claimed it’ll arrive in 3 more weeks. After the month, I called them today and they told me 2 more weeks. This is a joke, definitely shouldn’t take 2 months to receive a bed set. Save your money and go somewhere else, I’ll definitely be getting my refund. And if you do decide to buy here, save your receipt because you’ll end up getting a refund.

We Ordered something on March 16th and was given delivery date of March 17th between 4-8pm. We have called multiple times and nothing. We dealt with a sales person by the name of David from the Graham ave location who assured us delivery between those times and haven’t had not 1 follow up call or anything regarding the delivery or merchandise. All he keeps saying is it’s on the truck and on its way since 4:30 pm. Horrible customer service all around, And I paid for delivery and set up so that means they would have been here for another hour at least setting up. It’s 9:30pm and still nothing and not even a phone call
