I ordered furniture from Value Furniture BK. Got me a beautiful bedroom set for myself and children and a nice console and kitchen table. Delivery was less than a week which I was so grateful for. Robert helped me with a little issue I had with my bedroom set. They’re very professional and friendly. He also made sure I was happy with my furniture. I will definitely recommend buying furniture from here.

I have been shopping here for awhile, back when the business was in the other side of Pitkin. The staff is very nice and their layaway plan is flexible.They deliver items quick too and, they're really willing to work with their customers as far as scheduling the delivery. If you're looking for affordable furniture this is a great place to go.

Do not waste your time with this furniture place. Everything you have will break on you. They will not fix it or take any furniture back. This is the results from cheap furniture and bad business. They take advantage of you.They have a location in Flatbush as well as Pitkin Avenue and another location. When I purchased my furniture and hey gave me the store display furniture. It had all types of scratches and leather ripped. On another the delivery guys saw and knew and still out the shady furniture up. This place is just a scam and rip off to the Community and it’s sad. They don’t care about your pockets the goal is to get you to purchase and spend on absolutely the most worst furniture. Unstable. Also while I was in the store making numerous complaints on many different days and occasions I stood and watch different customers come in and complain about broken furniture they purchased. This is absolutely disgusting.

The customer service in this place Sucks I've been waiting for a TV stand a tv wall mount for a month now from Lance. Two weeks now everyday the furniture is to be delivered but can't be delivered. Today I was told the delivery is from 1-7 no delivery. Do not waste your time and money. Horrible customer service and this is robbery at this point
