👎👎👎👎👎 Don’t come here to delivery with 53 feets truck floor loaded foam. it’s very tight place and takes to get empty 3-4 hours, there is no dock and they unload by hand very slowly 👎

Great store! I had before few brand name mattress but got up in the morning tired and with back pain, I tried NY Mattress and the friendly customer service got me an excellent mattress, and it’s super!! No more tiredness and no back pain! super fast delivery, and friendly customer service! and price is way cheaper then the brand names.

This was a nightmare. I never worked so hard to buy something from a store in my life. Visited warehouse (has no showroom) almost missed the place as entrance was so blocked by trucks and workers loading up we thought we were in wrong place. A guy threw mattresses on the floor for us to try and told us to call to arrange sale and delivery as there was no one there to talk to about that process. Took days of calling on the phone, leaving messages and emails with no response, before I finally reached someone who told me to call back next day. Then took 2 more days to reach someone again! I ordered and paid for mattress that was to be delivered and was told window was 6-9 pm or 6-9am only! I chose 6-9pm and delivery guy called at 7 to say it would be between 9-10pm! He finally arrived at 10pm—one guy—who brought it to apartment but did not set up frame so my daughter had to sleep on mattress on the floor as it was so late and didn’t have time to put it all together. I hope mattress is good after all that but I am doubtful and worried. Do not recommend this place at all.

Very bad very bad place small street no parking truck too tight 53 trailer. Please don’t come here unloaded 4-5 hours.😭😭😭😭😭👎👎👎👎👎

Did not even get as far as ordering the mattress. The woman on the phone maybe needs a day off or something… It seems like she has NO desire to help or any customer service skills. I would have paid whatever! But THIS SERVICE IS NO GOOD. 0/5 👎🏾
