View on GoogleBest furniture store (bar none) in Citrus County! Chuck is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about every single furniture piece he carries (or has to order). He listens to your needs then suggests the appropriate. He doesn't try to hard-sell anyone, just gives you time to make your own decisions. He primarily stocks Ashley but at greatly discounted prices. PLUS who else offers free delivery? NO ONE. We ONLY by our furniture here and we love our new power double recliner. Thank you, Chuck, for your top-notch customer service! A+
View on GoogleBuyer beware. They sell defective Ashley Furniture and refuse to refunds defective furniture they sell you! I purchased a king bed frame manufactured by Ashley Furniture on 5/31/2025 from Furniture Palace 3106 S. Florida Ave Inverness, FL 34450 from Salesman Lee Scholet. The bed was delivered on 6/16/25 and right after the delivery driver left, we noticed there was a defect with how the footboard was built. We contacted Lee at Furniture Palace and sent him pictures. They ordered another footboard to replace the defective one. Today, 6/30/25, they delivered the replacement and that footboard was in even worse condition, so we refused the delivery. I contacted the store to request a refund, and they told me to contact the owner. I sent pictures and the owner called me back and said it was a manufacturers defect and all of them were like that. He would not refund our money. I want to return the bed request a full refund in the amount of $561.69, which is the amount that I paid in full.

View on GoogleMy husband came home on hospice and did not want a hospital bed. So I went shopping for a lay flat lift recliner that raised his legs above his heart. It also had to be comfortable enough to sleep on as well. I stopped at several furniture stores in Inverness and although they all had decent chairs none of them had exactly what I was looking for. When I walked into Furniture Palace the salesman Lee was extremely helpful. The prices were comparable to the other stores except here delivery was free not the $100-$150 the other stores wanted and removal of our old recliner was free as well. Lee told me if my husband was uncomfortable in the chair they would add or remove stuffing as needed. No other store offered that service. He demonstrated every feature and when he heard my husband was on hospice, he arranged to have the chair delivered within the hour. The delivery guys were wonderful and set everything up and made sure it worked. I had heard good things about Furniture Palace but they exceeded every expectation. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my husband comfortable.
