Absolutely horrible experience and I will never order anything from any Ashley store ever again based on it. First, they mistakenly told us a date for delivery, then without telling us moved the date back 10 days. This caused my wife and I to not have a bed to sleep in for those 10 days/Then when our order arrived it was missing a dresser, only then did they tell us it was backordered. Then, the final straw, I went to sit on my new bed and it fell apart. Pic attached, they literally did not even put it together...I called the store manager and she told me she would take care of it. 3 hours later when I had not heard anything I called back, she wouldnt even get on the phone with me.

We went with a friend in search of his living room furniture. While there, we decided to upgrade our living room furniture as well. KaRon helped all of us and was extremely professional, patient and informative. I made my purchase, we took care of all of the paperwork and as we were sitting on a different set of couches, I changed my mind and went with the set we were sitting on. KaRon kept her cool and didn’t get bothered by it. They took care of it with a positive attitude! They made all of our transactions easy, fast and smooth. I definitely recommend them!!

My store Guide Daniel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient honest and very welcoming. It was a pleasure working with him. Even if I wanted to go somewhere else his personality kept me there . The price was good and the product just what I wanted. Daniel you deserve being recognized. Keep up the good work.

The in-store experience was wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was kind, competent and helpful. The reason I gave it 3-stars was two-fold: 1) my original order, totaling over $5K, was cancelled. No explanation, no reason. The Representative on the phone spoke such heavily accented English, it was very difficult for me to understand. Although she was very polite, she was not able to provide me with the information needed, and I wondered if she even understood my questions. 2) After all that, I went into the physical store to place the order, which as stated above, was a good experience, save the fact it was an interruption taking 2.5 hours out of my day.The salespeople understood completely and were very helpful. My issue, however, was the delivery times offered. I ordered in time to have the furniture for an event, but due to the cancellation, I was being offered delivery far after the furniture was needed. There was no service recovery offered; I would have been willing to go get the furniture myself! The salespeople have no control over when delivery will be, but additional options for those needing the furniture sooner should be offered.

I had the pleasure of checking out my local Inverness location and their inventory. Upon arrival Daniel gave me a great experience telling me the ins and outs of a few couches I was choosing between. After much consideration he helped answer all my questions and I decided on this beautiful couch. Will reccomend this location and especially Daniel to anyone in the market!!
