I am extremely pleased with the furniture that I have purchased from Furniture Place. Jackie is the most friendly and down to earth person. I really enjoying dealing with her. I don't want to deal with anyone else but her. If she is not there, I will not purchase anything. I am looking to purchase a curio or China cabinet in the very near future and she is the person I am going to deal with. She sends me picture of different that matches what I have already purchase. I love everything I have from Furniture Place. Jackie is truly a wonderful young lady and she does her job extremely well. THANK YOU JACKIE!!!!

I purchased a Living Room Set, Kitchen Table and Chairs and a King Size Bedroom Set in 2023. When I purchased the items I was told to buy warranty on the merchandise. I called and spoke with Jackie today to let her know that my Kitchen Chairs were falling apart. She advised me that I only had warranty on the Living Room Set. I told her that’s not what I was told when I purchased the warranty. She advised me to call the warehouse and I was told that I would have to pay for repairs. I should have read the fine print instead of taking their word when I purchased the merchandise. I mentioned to Jackie that I was going to leave a review. She sent me a text and said when I leave the review she was going to respond by posting my invoice for the public to see. How professional is that. I’m pretty sure that some Hippa Rights would be violated. So at this point I’m forwarding the message to corporate. How professional was that. NEVER AGAIN will I shop there.

I got this living room set and bed from Jackie, the manager. She actually did the selection for me which appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. Her services are top-notch. Jackie please keep up the good work
