Price Busters Discount Furniture

I am beyond disgusted with the way this store treated my daughter. She purchased a bed and mattress, but later that same day she found out she was receiving an entire bedroom furniture set as a housewarming gift. She immediately went back to the store to cancel her purchase, and that’s when the nightmare began. The store told her they couldn’t cancel it and that the leasing company had to do it. She contacted the leasing company, and they told her the exact opposite—that the sales associate at the store had to process the cancellation. My daughter then returned to the store, only to be told by the sales associate that she couldn’t do anything and that her supervisor, Danny, had to handle it. When my daughter asked for Danny’s phone number or any contact information, she was told he “doesn’t have any information” and that he would “probably” be in the store the next day. What kind of business doesn’t have a way to contact a supervisor? That is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. As a mother, I am livid because my daughter isn’t the type to argue or stand up for herself, and this store took full advantage of that by giving her the runaround instead of simply helping her. It feels like all they cared about was making the sale, not taking care of the customer. This is, without question, the most unprofessional and poorly managed furniture store my daughter has ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and no one seems willing to take responsibility. I will be contacting corporate immediately because this situation is unacceptable. If this is not resolved promptly, I will also be exploring my legal options. There is no reason a customer should be denied the opportunity to cancel a financed purchase the very same day, especially when other furniture stores have no problem accommodating same-day or even later cancellations. I will not let this go until it is made right. I strongly recommend that others think twice before doing business with this location unless they want to experience the same lack of professionalism and accountability.

I’m in complete awe of Price Buster’s Forestville location who have amazing employees & service! If anyone needs to purchase furniture this is the place for you as Maddy was great assisting my needs & went above & beyond! She was very patient & ensure that I found what I was looking for & was one of the sweetest people ever! I will be going back for any of my home needs!

NO NO NO!!!! WARNING!! If you don’t have no patience this not for you! You chance to get into in fight is 100%. The manager is worse than the rude employees. All am sayings DO NOT!!I mean it!! DO NOT go here to find anything. Go somewhere where you get respected as a valuable customer. I will NOT recommend this place even for my worst enemy.

Maddy My sales person!! Omg! She’s was awesome! She spotted me at the door and offered all stores services and also applied discounts! I got the living room set that I wanted and now leaving as satisfied customer! She was amazing with all the information I needed! Loved her energy!
