Staff was very helpful. We definitely were in the market for a high end massage chair. The staff knew all the info we needed to buy the right item that we were looking for. I didn't give 5 stars because I am still waiting on my item and my review is based on my interaction with Furniture Row staff and I'm hoping my massage chair will be exactly what we need. But I do feel that the staff here will do all they can to accommodate any situations that may arise. Thank you and we will be back to buy other items. Customer Service is still the best way to win over customers.

Furniture Row and specifically Jason F. has been incredible to work with. He has helped me with finances and delivery adding that expense to my previous purchase. I will doing more business with FR. It has been a great experience.

Everything was great, the delivery was late but the delivery guys were very helpful and nice. Only thing we didn’t like was lack of communication from delivery dispatcher. I called and he said he would check with delivery guys and call right back. He never called back so after another 1/2 hour I called him back. Love our couches!

We stopped in after moving to GJ to purchase living room furniture and Andrew was great. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed happy to help us find the right set. I highly recommend this store and working with Andrew!
