Furniture Row

Today my husband and I visited Furniture Row in search of a couch we saw on their site. When entering the store we were greeted by SHARON, she asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I explained and showed her the couch from their site and she walked us over to it and said she would check inventory as it was a clearance item. She returned in a timely manner with great news, she stated the distribution center still had new pieces in stock. We loved the color, style of this sectional and it fit our criteria. We were happy with our purchase today.

Kyle helped us pick out a beautiful Bear Creek bedroom set. The Labor Day sale saved us $400 and we received no interest for 60 months on the whole set, a deal maker for us! $299 delivery fee and they carried it upstairs to the final location. Thank Furniture Row and Kyle Hall!

Really enjoyed the visit to Furniture Row. Our salesperson Troy was a joy to work with. He showed us the recliners we were interested in. Then he left us alone to sit, recline and decide. He would come back occasionally to check in with us. Asked if we had questions he could answer. He continued to check availability of the recliners we were looking at. Great selection of recliners. Prices were lower than at other stores. Good values here.

Christie was awesome. She worked diligently to ensure I purchased the item that I really wanted. She moved pieces from table to table until I was totally satisfied with the dinnett set. She knew her product and answered all my questions that I had. She's an asset to your company. Mike
