I went to Mattress Firm Chapel Hills West today and worked with Justin Schmidt. Justin did an outstanding job listening to my specific needs for a bed. He spent over and hour with me. He had extensive knowledge on what each bed offered in terms of comfort and support which bed would fit my needs as well as what price range that would fit my budget. Mattress Firm has pretty incredible financing as well. I am overjoyed with the frame and Mattress I purchased and can't wait to get it in two days! Howard is amazing! I’ll be honest—I walked into Mattress Firm with hesitation. Who really enjoys mattress shopping or chatting with salespeople about how they sleep? Howard was very nice and welcoming as soon as I stepped into that front door. It’s been a good 10-12yrs since I last Purchased a bed. I guess I never really realized how innovative these newer mattresses were due to how much tech goes into them.
