Had a great experience in the store. Got what i need without any issue. They went and built it the day they said. Great experience. The only issue the bed had a crack from factory. They said they were going to go on Saturday and replace part. They never showed up or called. Waited all day in my house for them. Wasted my Saturday waiting on them. Very unprofessional.

We went looking for a recliner, and David provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help us find the perfect recliner for our needs. The showroom and final delivery experiences were exceptional, however, I had some issues with the delivery scheduling process. I was asked what day I wanted the delivery to occur and then was told that it would be delivered a day later and given zero flexibility in the time due to route constraints. I feel that if your store is delivering a day later than I requested, your routing schedule should allow for me to request the time since I had to reschedule my life/work schedule around your delay. Khalil was a superb salesman who took great care and attention in answering my questions; Alejandro and his partner who delivered and set up the couch were top notch and did a fantastic job.

One of my previous trips and two furniture row I seen the Vibra sofa with the speakers and massage and heat feature built into the sofa, and I instantly fell in love with it. On the website it states they offer layaway so I called the store and spoke with AJ and he quickly assisted me with my layaway of this beautiful sofa. It was very professional and prompt and thorough, gives people a very good impression of the store just buy one simple phone call. Thank you!
