Mando was awesome to us! We walked in with neck and shoulder pain from our defective mattress and he took swift action to set us up with a great deal in less than 1 hour! He was patient with us as we tried one firm mattress after another and never once barked “well why don’t you just sleep on the floor then?!”. Like I said, super nice, patient, interested in our mattress-induced aches and pains and matched us where we were at, no pressure, and very solution oriented. Will go back to this Mattress Firm again, hopefully not sooner than we need to, maybe in 10 years.
View on GoogleGreat service by Mando Alvidrez. He answered all my questions, recommended me a great mattress, and he was very kind. Highly recommend this branch store.
View on GoogleAbsolutely great experience working with Mando at Mattress Firm. He really listened to what we needed, walked us through every option, and used his knowledge to help us pick the perfect mattress. He also made sure we got the best price possible and kept the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend asking for Mando.
View on GoogleFirst time going mattress shopping. Great experience. Adam was super respectfully about my need to stay within a price range. I was able to sleep in my apartment first day moving in on an actual bed instead of the floor because of how quickly the team in El Paso were able to send a mattress out. Super fast set-up too!
View on GoogleArmando was very welcoming and provided us with different options. He understood our finances and helped us get a great deal. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Matress for same day delivery.
