Furniture Row

Camerin was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. We were very indecisive and needed time to think things over before we made our purchase. She finalized our purchases with ease and a smile!! Thank you!!

Camrin is awesome. Suggested pieces to go with and protection plan was great. Finally replacing our almost 20yr old sectional that we also bought at furniture row.

Furniture Row in Marion has a "defective" delivery of invoiced items process and would be wise to correct this. FR failed to load and deliver all items listed on the invoice. When I pointed this out, the store manager did not have an "immediate resolution" process. Instead I was added to their next delivery process queue. As the paying customer I was disappointed in the failed delivery, and Furniture Rows inability to correct their deficiency immediately. FR, you have nice stuff at a fair price, don't lose business on something as simple as delivering invoiced items.

We had a good experience with Furniture Row previously so I wanted to shop there for a new purchase. I knew what I wanted from shopping online a few days prior to us going to the store. Our salesman Rickie knew exactly where everything I wanted was located in the showroom so we didn't have to do a walk through looking. I was able to sit in the chair I had chosen to check out how comfortable it was and also see how it looked as opposed to online pictures. The whole buying process was flawless. Richie was very knowledgeable and you could ask anything and get an answer. We were in and out in less than an hour and our new furniture is to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. We will shop there again.

We had such a great experience! We were met by Micah as we came in and he was so helpful. He listen to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted without trying to convince us to buy higher. He was so polite and extremely helpful. Even had a few good laughs. We will be recommending Furniture Row to everyone and letting them know to ask for Micah. 😃
