Furniture Row - Dining

I thought there was a large selection of furniture to choose from and many levels of pricing. I had been to numerous other stores before coming here to shop. I finally was able to purchase my living room furniture and I had several options to choose from. My salesman was very patient as it took me a long time to figure out exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this store and would shop here again.

I’ve been buying furniture from Furniture Row for years and they never disappoint! Great quality for the price and outstanding customer service. I bought a gorgeous leather living room set and our cats are obsessed with the ottomans, so we decided to get another one when we were visiting my in-laws in New Mexico. Their cats love the ottoman too, and now my in-laws won’t let us take it, so we had to get another ottoman, this time from the Waco store, that we will pick up when we get back in town. People and pets approve!

I had so much hope that this would go smoothly when I purchased my furniture. The salesman was accommodating and ever so helpful. Delivery was great except they nicked part of my sectional with a blade. Called to let the store know on the 3rd of January. They “opened a claim” and told me it would be a week or two before someone contacted me to come “repair” the cut. Apparently I am paying full price for a repaired sectional. Today is the 19th. Still no phone call. Nothing scheduled. Not one person has contacted me about this issue. I still have 2 chairs that I am waiting on. They should be here in Feb as they were a custom order but I’m so disappointed. If you plan to spend some money, I would advise you to take it elsewhere.

Matt was awesome. Helped me and my wife pick out new furniture for the house we just purchased. Was extremely patient as we looked at every piece of furniture in the entire store. Definitely recommend 10/10
