Overall I am happy with my purchase and the service I received . My only issue is that I was told the delivery guys would call when they were on their way and I was given time frame between 12:30 and 1:30. The guys did not call and arrived early, a little after 12. Which was fine but thinking I had time and had not received a call that there were on their way I thought I would have time to eat lunch before they arrived. Of course they showed up just as I put my lunch in the microwave. Since they did not call I did not have a chance to get my dogs in the backyard before they came. The delivery guys were nice and had no issues with the set of my new bed.

View on GoogleAlways great customer service! Great products. We bought 3 beds, an over sized recliner, our kitchen table and a huge sectional couch 11 years ago. Everything is still in great condition. We went in a few days ago to look at a new couch and two recliners for another area in our home. Still great customer service. Thank you
