I've purchased from Futonland 3 times now and it's always a good experience! Live chat Customer service with Larkin was very helpful in selecting a sofa. He sent me images of sofas that were available for immediate delivery. He was familiar with the styles, sizes and comfort levels to recommend the right one that suited my needs. Igor was extremely professional and quick with scheduling the delivery and ensuring the COI my building required was correct and executed properly. The white glove delivery option is recommended since the convertible sofa I purchased required assembly. The men arrived on time as scheduled and carefully and skillfully moved in the sofa without damaging anything. They took the time to make sure it was assembled right and took away all wrapping materials. The sofa itself - Armada Classic Gray 13 - is a delight! It's not too soft or too firm. Nice spring and cushioning that makes it comfortable to sit and sleep on. The fabric seems resilient and will last for years. It looks like the picture and better than expected!

I always have a great experience with this company. I bought a wall hugger futon from here years ago. The salesperson was helpful in finding a comfortable mattress in store that makes it into a great guest bed. Almost ten years later, it's had lots of use and been moved more than a few times, but it's still in fantastic shape. I went back and purchased a made-to-order futon cover from them in the past few years, which turned out great as well. Then, just recently I called looking for matching pillows. Even though the fabric was discontinued, they created a custom order with leftover stock and processed it right away.

Until a defective sofabed was delivered to me that the company will not refund, repair or replace, I would have given Futonland a 4 or 5 star review because the sales people on the phone were always helpful. I am extremely dismayed by their lack of effort and will to repair, replace or refund the damaged sofabed I bought from them. I hope the owner replies to this review in the same way that they seem to reply to the more positive reviews.
