Walking into Sleep Loft was not shopping it was an experience. From the second I stepped in the energy was different. Clean setup zero pressure just straight professionalism. And then there was Luke. Let me tell you about Luke. This guy did not just sell me a mattress he engineered my sleep upgrade. He actually listened. Asked real questions. Broke down materials support cooling longevity all of it without sounding like a scripted robot. No gimmicks. No upsell nonsense. Just knowledge and confidence. You can tell when someone knows their craft. Luke knew his. He made the whole process effortless. What could have been overwhelming turned into a smooth stress free decision. He explained the difference between comfort and support like a sleep scientist. By the end I was not guessing I knew I was making the right choice. And the best part I left excited. Who leaves a mattress store excited I did. If every business had a Luke customer service would be undefeated. Sleep Loft delivered quality. Luke delivered greatness. If you are even thinking about upgrading your sleep go there. Ask for Luke. Thank me later.
View on GoogleCan't say enough great things about my experience! I had a couple mattress brands in mind prior to arriving and Kevin H helped guide me to everything I wanted to try. Service was professional, quick, and friendly and he even honored the price I had found online. He was not pushy at all and gave me the space to think about what I wanted before making the purchase, which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 all the way around, can't wait to get my mattress and thank you Kevin!!

I expected to be in and out within an hour, but Malique was very patient with me and gave me valuable insight on what's important when choosing a mattress. He properly advised me on the differences between the Helix Elite and Midnight Luxe, and also showed me something that I would invest in when I'm older and would promote better blood flow. Malique encouraged me to take my time and I was able to properly get a feel of how the mattresses would feel if I were to sleep on them. I ended up going with the Helix Elite, and after writing this months later, it's still the best purchase I've ever made (I did buy it on sale during Black Friday). I genuinely feel more rested, and the mattress has only gotten better with time! I will say, I ordered my bed frame from an external store (Nectar) along with the mattress, and that came a week late and it was a pain tracking it down and asking for its status every day. Malique was great at being proactive whenever I followed up, but I would be hesitant on placing external orders. It may have been a Nectar specific issue, but going through a middle man to check its status felt troublesome. I wish I could go through the whole experience again, but I am deeply satisfied with my purchase that'll last 15 years. If you can, ask for Malique to take care of you, he has deep expertise and will certainly help you find the right mattress at the right price point.!
View on GoogleWe purchased the King Helix Midnight Elite mattress two months ago and overall, it’s been a great buy. We hadn’t planned on mattress shopping that day, but walked into the Greenpoint location after a family outing. Peter helped us and was fantastic, after trying the Helix, nothing else compared. We returned the next day to purchase it because we couldn’t stop thinking about how good it felt. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. At the time, they were offering a free sheet set and mattress protector with mattress purchases. We bought ours on August 3 and received it two weeks later, but it’s now October and we still haven’t received the sleep set. I’ve called multiple times and spoken with Jason, who first said it was on backorder, then claimed he'd push the order through. Most recently, he admitted the order was never fulfilled and promised to follow up but still nothing. The mattress is great, but the customer service around the sleep set has been frustrating. I’ll be calling again tomorrow hopefully for actual resolution, not another excuse.

They had a few different mattresses in stock that we could lay on, plus several competitor options. Luke spent a lot of time asking questions to understand what we were looking for and making recommendations during our first visit. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was also hard-working and went the extra mile for the sale without being pushy. I would definitely recommend him and will absolutely go back if I have a need in the future.
