I bought a bed from this store and it arrived damaged. The installers who assembled it told me right away to open a claim because the damage was clearly there from the start. The store manager promised the damaged part would be replaced within 60 days. It has now been more than 180 days and nothing has been done. Every time I call, they give the same excuse that they “placed an order with Ashley,” but nothing ever happens. It’s the same story over and over again. At this point it just feels like they are lying and hoping I will stop bothering them. The last time I called, they basically told me I can file any complaint anywhere I want, but they will not replace the item and will not take responsibility for the damage. That alone shows how little they care about customers. I have all the proof: the receipt, pictures of the damage, and confirmation from the installers that the bed arrived damaged. Despite all of that, the store still refuses to replace the damaged part. I haven’t even used the bed because I trusted their promise that it would be replaced. Clearly that was a mistake. They are extremely nice and friendly when they want your money, but the moment there is a problem with the product they start acting like it’s not their problem. This kind of business behavior is unacceptable. Very dishonest, very unprofessional, and absolutely terrible customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from this store unless you want to deal with broken furniture and empty promises. They are big scammers for real.

I strongly recommend this store, I bought a special order for couches and I really liked it , better than my expectation and really appreciate what JUNIOR did for me , he was very helpful and polite and patient , I will comeback soon to buy again

Omg! I just got in here to look around and I ended buying a very nice sofa and love seat, Junior is very patient and helpful he show me options in the computer, 100% recommended if you need something just ask him you won't regret. 🥰

My wife and I are very happy with our new living room set. Customer service was excellent. Billy helped us and gave us a GREAT deal. When they delivered, they also set it up for us. It came in 6 pieces, so this set will not be a problem putting it in a basement! Highly recommend this place.
