Romo Mattress and Furniture

I want to share my experience with amazing customer service and support from Jess, very kind and supportive person, that’s what you need when it comes to visiting a place and purchasing something, there’s many other places to visit, but customer service is what makes the difference. She knows how to treat customers well.

I just bought a dining set of 6, NEW it’s not even $200 that we paid it was $1000 and it came the next day but it wasn’t new it was used. The chairs are dirty and scratched it’s not the design. I called them right away the lady told me that she was going to send me new chairs then she said that a person was coming to fix them, now there’s no answer back. Bad experience

This is the second time I purchase from Romo furniture and I am a completely satisfied customer. They have great customer service the girls in their Pulaski and Marquette store are all amazing. All the furniture I’ve purchased from them is beautiful and sturdy with a great price! I will certainly keep purchasing from them and would recommend them to anyone.
