Gardner Mattress

I recently contacted Gardner Mattress challenging their 10 year warranty after 4 years of use. After submitting the required pictures, without hesitation Gardner had arranged for pick-up, corrected the issue and returned the mattress within days. At the time very much satisfying the issue. However, after 4 months the same issue returned. So, once again I visited the Gardner showroom where Paul patiently listened and suggested I needed another mattress model. My issue was that I believed that only getting satisfaction for 4 years whereas the mattress had a 10-year warranty I was concerned about purchasing another mattress so soon. I was directed to Brian, who thoroughly understood my concern and issue. Brian returned with a suggestion to visit a nearby showroom to reassess my comfort needs. Eric, in the showroom, was understanding and had knowledge of my mattress plight. Settling on the mattress that met my needs, Gardner, "without" any bickering or hesitation proactively offered a Pro-rated price. Much to my pleasure and satisfaction. Never have I experienced such courtesy and rapid solution! In my opinion, Gardner Mattress proudly and truly stood behind their warranty pertaining to their workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Definitely the best place anywhere to buy a mattress. Every mattress is custom made in the Salem, MA store with far better material than any of the larger stores. The company was highly recommended to me back in the 70's and I've bought all but one of my mattresses from them since. My daughter bought a mattress for me online that I ended up returning because it was too uncomfortable. To replace it, I went back to Gardner Mattress in Salem and bought one that I know I will have for a long time. The sales person, Zach, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. His sound advice made it much easier for me to make the purchase.

I love Gardner Mattress! Their mattresses are so comfortable and it is great that they are still made locally by order. Also, the delivery is always so easy. JC and Oscar were awesome and very carefully brought it into my house and removed my old mattress. Thank you, Gardner Mattress!

My husband and I had been shopping around for a new mattress. We have always liked Gardner and they didn’t disappoint! Zach helped us when we stopped in on Presidents’ Day - no pressure - just great information! We spent a good amount of time deciding and he never rushed us! Don’t waste your time on gimmicks at the big chain stores!! Gardner is the real deal!! Ask for Zach - very knowledgeable and helpful! So my new mattress with the adjustable base was delivered this morning. Right at 9am - in and out in under 30 minutes!! The young man in charge was very nice and helpful - he removed his shoes before entering the house and the other 2 delivery men put on and off booties! So nice since it’s snowy out with ice melt in the driveway and walkway. Gardner mattress is the real deal!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I purchased a mattress at the Gardner Mattress store in Needham. It was a fantastic experience. After visiting several other mattress and department stores, we were confused about the differences between mattresses and received very little guidance. Gardner Mattress was completely different. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to educate us on how their mattresses are made and what the options were. We never felt rushed and were able to take our time in a calm, low-pressure environment, which made it much easier to focus on comfort and what we actually liked. We were even encouraged to take a nap on the mattresses to see what would work best. The price was very reasonable for the quality, and they truly went above and beyond. Even though we live out of state, it was absolutely worth the trip. You truly can't go wrong here.
