Mattress Firm Beverly

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Genuine Kindness! Hi, this is Amber here — I’m writing on behalf of Jua and myself. Jua already wrote a review earlier this week when our new mattress arrived, but I had to write another one after what happened next. After our mattress was delivered, we realized that we actually wanted a larger size. So we reached out to Mattress Firm in Beverly, and the team there went above and beyond to help us fix our mistake. We spoke with CJ, and then Margie helped us yesterday — she stayed with us until late in the evening (we must have left around 8!) and was absolutely wonderful the entire time. Even though we were the ones who mixed up the size — queen instead of king 😅 — they were kind, understanding, and truly accommodating. That level of friendliness and service really stood out. We both want to thank Margie, CJ, and the entire Mattress Firm team for being so professional, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find people who treat you like friends instead of just customers. We’ll definitely recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new bed — they are hands down the best we’ve ever dealt with! — Amber & Jua

All the associates are amazing and Margie when above and beyond supporting us. Delivery guys amazing as well. Highly recommended

Great experience. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The experience you want - you provide the price range you want, they give you choices, select your bed and they will deliver your mattress and take your old one. Majorie was so helpful with a no-nonsense approach and an added splash of humor. Wendy

Marjie was amazing. Her knowledge and passion for finding the right bed for her customers is above and beyond standard service. She helped us find the most comfortable bed…after sleeping in it for the first time I feel great and want to spend all day resting in it. After going through a couple other high end mattresses that were not right for us, Marjie helped us find one that is absolutely perfect. And the delivery men, Calvin and Tarik were so professional and accommodating- not making us feel awkward at all at how heavy the bed was to move! They helped us find the correct height and were quick and efficient while smiling and being pleasant the whole time. Highly recommend this team!!

Gregory greeted me right when I first walked in the door. Very accommodating, very helpful on finding the best bed for me. I was a happy camper by the time I left there and can’t wait to get My new bed😃 A little bit
