Sleep Number

Frankie, the sales associate was very pleasant. He took the time to go over different options and made sure that we tried each one out. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each mattress and frame combination. Edie, the store manager also offered support through text and phone calls to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make our decision. We are very happy with the bed that we chose. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. The many adjustments available make it possible to tailor both sides of the bed to both of us individually. Overall, it was a good experience purchasing the bed and an even better one sleeping on it every night.

After 30 years of loyalty to Sleep Number, it was time for an update. Edie, the Store Manager in Peabody, made the purchase incredibly easy—I was in and out in 20 minutes! Delivery was equally impressive. Despite being the day after Christmas, the team arrived on time and took great care not to scuff any walls or furniture. They were knowledgeable and professional with excellent follow-up care. If you want a seamless experience from the showroom to your bedroom, this is the place to go. We’ll be a customer for life.

The Sleep Number retail people assisted us very well in selecting the best product for your sleeping needs; we have bought three Sleep Number products over the past 15 years and are most pleased. The delivery is very flexible and easy to change, if needed. The most recent mattress we purchased is a superior product; while I paid extra to ensure that all the features were explained on delivery, the delivery people were of no help and it took much phone time with customer service; not good for a super senior.

Edie was very helpful. I was very pleased with her knowledge and attention to what I was looking for. I would recommend her to people I know. She has great customer service skills.

Edie was wonderful. She explained everything about the bed we got and we tried it out. She let us try the bed. We were sold! We absolutely love the bed!
