Through the process of replacing our old mattress, my husband and I found Gardner's sales team and service team to be OUTSTANDING! After significant research at home and helpful instore sales information, we decided on a mattress to meet our needs at Gardeners. Drew could not have been more helpful with our choice. Unfortunately, our choice was less than comfortable for us after a few weeks of use at home. Gardner's exchanged the mattress with zero hassle and zero fees. Wow!! If I could put 100 stars for this business I would! We recently went to Gardner’s Mattress because they were highly recommended to us. We are so happy we did. We had great customer service..( Thank You Drew) as soon as we came in we were greeted. Drew asked us all our wants and needs with a mattress and showed us a few different styles and options. We knew the one we wanted within a short time. They spend time explaining each mattress and all of its features. We thought we wanted a certain style until getting to try it there. So glad I didn’t order online. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with their products. They have incredible delivery service as well. They came and removed our old bed, and set up the new one within a few minutes they demonstrated how to work the remote and its functions. We are so pleased with our purchase and are getting the best night sleep we have had in years. If you’re looking for a mattress head to Gardner’s before going anywhere else. They have great prices and deals to match their stellar service. You too, can have a great night sleep. You’ll be so glad you did.

We just made our 1st mattress purchase from Gardner's Mattress Company on 08/23/2025. From our 1st step in the door, the staff was very helpful. Never once did they act pushy. Our salesperson, Chad, has been in the furniture business for many years. He allowed us to lay on the mattresses that we were considering for as long as we wanted. I even went back the next day to lay on them again. We did compare their product and prices with another company and they were very much cheaper. We would definitely use Gardner's for future purchases but in the meantime, we strongly recommend them to our family and friends. Bob and Shirley Thomas

We visited Gardner's at the recommendation of a friend who knows one of the owners, and we couldn't be happier that we made that choice. Drew was fantastic to work with when trying to find a mattress for our son, as well as my wife and I. He was personable, informative and helpful, but not pushy, and he worked with us to come up with a deal on both mattresses that we were extremely pleased with. After making the purchase, we forgot to take the mattress protectors home with us to wash while we waited for the new mattress delivery, so I called Drew the next day. He kindly offered to personally drop them off at our house to save us a trip back to the store. Drew embodies exactly who one would hope to work with in a salesman when making a large purchase, and the owners of Gardner's clearly know how to run a business with a priority on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gardner's to anyone in need of a new mattress.

So glad we decided to stop by Gardner's Mattress, we could not have asked for a better salesperson than Drew. He was so informative and helpful. We absolutely did not feel pressured to buy a mattress right then at that moment. He probably spent over an hour and a half with us, so obviously we did not feel rushed. We made our decision and gave him the sale. I am comfortable with our decision and with the fact that if we are not happy with our new mattress that they will make it right.
