My buying process at Ashley Furniture lancaster was very smooth. This was made possible by Gracie who helped me throughout the buying process. She was really kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She was also very creative with her ideas while helping me pick furniture that matched. She has a warm heart, very calm, understanding and willing to help. Very good customer service! I will recommend her service any day!

This was mine and my husband first experience at Ashley Furniture. The store manager, Steve, helped us right out of the gate. We have never had such positive and delightful experience shopping. Steve was incredibly knowledge and willing to answer all of our questions w/o being too pushy about upselling. We will absolutely be back in the future for more furniture and to hopefully work with Steve again.

We had the best experience with Steve. He listened to what we wanted and what was important to us. He showed us different options never pushy but actually very upfront and honest, which we loved. It’s nice to go into a place that didn’t make you feel uncomfortable or pushy to just make a sale. We ended up finding the couch we wanted after looking at three other places that day. Purchased and a huge discount they worked out for us. Definitely the place to go if looking for furniture

My salesman who helped me, Michael, was very helpful, professional, caring, thorough, and not pushy. He really took the time with me and was just wonderful. The store manager was very kind and wonderful as well. And the store is just absolutely beautiful. Their Furniture is very nice and good quality. Can't wait for my furniture to be delivered!

Steve was amazing! From the time we walked in to the time we checked out! I cannot recommend Ashley furniture and Steve enough! We found the most perfect sectional and can’t wait to have it home! 10/10!!!!
