Gibson McDonald Furniture & Mattress

A clean and fresh environment with an awesome staff. Professional, knowledgeable, customer focused, and honest. They have great selections at an affortable price. I would strongly recommend Jesup's Gibson McDonalds store, no doubt you will be well pleased.

They’re always so pleasant, When we come in there, they’re always helpful. Today it was fast. My husband came first and was looking at things and when I came back after work, they were right on the ball helping me get it all done and out their efficiency is outstanding. I do always shop at Gibson Mcdonald’s my favorite store. Everything I buy seems to come from there. I love it. Thank you for all your help.

On June 15th we in & pick out a king size bed, rails, mattress, box sprang & 3 piece sectional. Tell my why today no mattress nor box sprang was delivered because the lady that waited on us(Stacie) didn't add them to order when we walked around & pointed out EVERYTHING that we wanted to purchase. Called the store & Katie states "Oh she is new & she is not here for me to ask her"...WHAT...run ur cameras back from that day & look & see what ALL we pick out & plus if she is new TRAIN HER RIGHT. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Too much money has been spent with them since October 2025 which that account was paid in December & again this month. I've called cooperate because whether or not the lady was NEW there should be SOMETHING done but I promise u NEVER again & WON'T recommend NO ONE to go there!

Top-notch quality furniture and mattresses in a welcoming, beautiful atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service, quality products, and a lovely ambiance—highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from Mrs Donna Hutto in helping us select our next couch and love seat. Also helpful in scheduling delivery on the day that worked best for us.
