Just had my new dishwasher installed by Brian. I'm SO thrilled! He was fantastic, so very knowledgeable, caring, and did an EXCELLENT job. I HIGHLY recommend Grand appliance for any purchase and installation. I will be spreading word to all my family and friends. You guys are truly great at what you do. They made the purchase easy and stress free as well. Don't go anywhere else!

We are return customers, we always shop Grand for our appliances. Our refrigerator is on its way out so went in to take a look at a few I had researched. Roy was super informative and transparent, never any pressure to purchase or persuade. Ended up saving close to 50% on a new LG from the “scratch and dent” clearance section. Great find, thanks Roy! We’ve had positive experiences with Grand Appliance Libertyville. Sales reps have always been great, they’re patient, and provide excellent service and support throughout our shopping experience.

We went to the store just to browse and research. We were approached by the salesperson and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We ended up making a purchase and are very satisfied. It saved us our weekend since we did not have to go anywhere else. We also will receive our purchase in 2 days. Roy was amazing and wonderful to work with. Also Grand appliance seems very customer focused.

What a hidden Gem!! I was looking online to replace my refridgerator and was somehow directed to the Grand Appliance and TV site. I called and spoke with Neal and obtain info on the refrigerator I wanted and was told to come to the store to be processed as a 1st time customer, which I gladly did. I met Neal, as well as other sales personnel, and I was impressed with their great customer service, their friendliness towards me as well as to each other! Neal was not pushy, but very helpful with my questions. There are photos on the wall of the 1st Grand Appliances and TV store, and they took the time to tell me about it. I LOVE THIS PLACE! As for the delivery, they offered to haved my refridgerator delivered within 2 days, but I requested later when I was available to be at home. They delivered on the day promised and they kept me informed on the progress if the delivery. The delivery men all had their part in the delivery process and each did such a great job: friendly, professional, detailed on making sure there would be no damage caused, and job was done quickly. I replaced my hugh stainless steel refrigerator for a regular stainless steel top freezer refrigerator and So far, I love my new refrigerator, it's perfect for me! I highly recommend Grand Appliances and TV!

Salesman Roy was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Grand offered options of various brands, with most on display. Even 1 brand we had an interest in was sold out, they brought one in for us to view before we made our final selection. We appreciated all their resourcefulness and guidance in our purchase.
