Sleep Number

Great experience! I walked into the store only wanting to look at beds and check for pricing, with the hope of upgrading my bed in 1-2 years. I was greeted by Shannon, a Sleep Professional at the store. I explained to her that I wasn't planning to purchase a bed, nor did I want to waste her time- as I was simply on the hunt for information and knowledge on beds that were available. She did not let that deter her, and began showing me multiple styles of beds and pillows, and even printed me two different quotes to take home for me to consider in the event I was interested in making a purchase. After 2-days of considering, I came back to the store and made the purchase! The beds (although some can be very pricy) seem to be worth every penny, considering the technology being provided. Shannon made the entire process easy, and she was not "pushy" in the slightly--which would have deterred me from purchasing a bed. I felt comfortable making my purchase sooner rather than waiting 1-2 years, because of Shannon's willingness to help and not coming off as a pushy salesperson.

Had an excellent experience with the staff in the Vernon Hills store over two visits. They were open and transparent when we had questions and seemed to want us to get the most sleep and financial value from our purchase. Our mattress (P6) won’t be delivered for a while but we look forward to the rest once it’s setup.

I have been suffering with a sore neck from wrong pillows for a very long time. I went into the Vernon Hills store and met Gina who was the most knowledgeable and kindest salesperson I’ve ever come across. She genuinely wants to help you and have you sleeping well and comfortably. If you’re looking for a new bed, new pillow or anything sleep related and a truly wonderful and helpful experience, I can’t recommend Gina at Sleep Number in VH more!

I'd never been to a Sleep Number store. Jessica and Matt were very helpful. She did the study to show what comfort level my husband and I would be most comfortable. Jessica answered all of our questions. She was very patient. I wrote everything down. She allowed me to use her highlighters to color code everything. I came back the following day and purchased a bed along with sheets and pillows. Thank you Jessica and Matt!

Chandler helped us find our perfect fit. The customer service was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. ;-) looking forward to receiving our new bed. Thank you
