Steve took amazing care of me by patiently explaining the different mattresses and options. Their selection is extensive and their ability to deliver quickly is on point. Mattresses are expensive and it was good to feel taken care of instead of rushed.
View on GoogleAs a repeat customer of Mattress Firm, I was very pleased with my first-time experience at the Mundelein store. The salesperson, Winston, was helpful in pointing out features and then allowed me to try any mattress I wanted. The purchase was so easy and the delivery time was quick. Looking forward to a great nights sleep!!
View on GoogleThe whole process was so easy! Called Mattress Firm Mundelein and talked to George. He was able to provide us with some great options to choose from, and then he arranged for the purchase and a prompt delivery to our home. We now have a beautiful new bed in our guest room in time for the holidays!
View on GoogleGeorge was extremely helpful at the store. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed me three different type of mattresses. After trying them I knew exactly which one I wanted to pick. He also explained on how they will take the old mattress away and replace it with the new one. He was very helpful
View on GoogleI walked into the store yesterday 12/1/25 and was not greeted the sales man just stared at me. I had to initiate the conversation. Immediately he starts throwing a $3,500 mattress at me. He proceeded to tell me, "What's your budget, because I don't want to waste anyone's time." (WOAH) I tried to ignore it and make conversation by sharing to him my bad experience with a mattress I had purchased online at homedepot and basically told me that's what you get because you bought a mattress that was probably next to "manure" (I was shocked at his grotesque 'sales tactics') He went on to say that's what we get for being people that want to do "everything online and not leave the house." I had never in my life felt more uncomfortable in my life. INCREDIBLY rude guy upon arrival. I was ready to purchase a mattress, money was not the issue at all but due to HIS nasty attitude and GROSS "humor" I purchased my VERY nice mattress at a different store. UNBELEIVABLE to have been treated this way.
