Billy talks you through the decision making process and is very clear in explaining the products. Lots of choices for different prices and softness. Also patient to let you bring magazines and really spend time on the beds before you make a choice. Fast delivery, and I like that they stock local Burlington-made products and can explain where everything comes from.
