Made a purchase today at the Durham store, and it was the most pleasant furniture buying experience I’ve ever had! Erick D. was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. We even laughed about how it was probably the quickest furniture purchase ever. Between the homework I had done beforehand and Erick’s expertise, we found exactly what I needed and wrapped everything up quickly. Great experience from start to finish!

Jalyen was an absolute sweetheart! We knew what we wanted, told him and he delivered quick and excellent service to meet our needs! We were in and out within 30 minutes! He was so kind and explained all of the benefits that came along with our purchase. No pressure, just information! We'll be back for the rest of our furniture needs and I hope to be greeted by his smiling face.

We looked at multiple different furniture stores and Rooms To Go was our favorite, we ended up coming back and purchasing our couch here! Brian was very helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us decide between 2 couches we liked. He was patient and even looked at our floor plan to help us determine which couch would fit in our space better. We didn’t feel like we were “being sold”, rather, he was genuine in helping us and we didn’t feel pushed to just buy the more expensive couch. Great experience, I would recommend Brian and this location! Also LaDuan helped us the first time we looked around and was also very sweet!

Eric Duran is the kindest, most patient sales representative I've met. Very personable and knowledgeable with the inventory. He did the work, ran the numbers and even designed our rooms with a dinky layout photo. The quality of our choices are top tier and the recommended upgrades gave us the most for our money. In today's economy, we are very pleased and happy with our total experience. The only thing missing was a couple of free lamps. Lol "inside joke with Eric"
