FANTASTIC/AMAZING. that’s really all that needs to be said. she helped me the entire process from helping me choose a dining set and letting me bounce off my opinions and concerns etc to putting in the order and MAKING SURE my items were delivered with ease. she explained every step THOROUGHLY and managed to look out for updates about a sooner delivery. it’s the follow up for me. she really sold Bobs and what Bobs has to offer - I will be back, I will tell all my family and friends (I already have) and I am just so so happy I went this route. Thank you Miss Audrie, you deserve the world!

I had a very specific, old school bed requirement and lower price point expectations. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Audrie, she was awesome from the start until the end. Although I was unable to meet my needs there it wasn't because of her, she tried her best to bring me into the current furniture market but it was above my personal means. She never lost patience, she didn't get frustrated and simply stayed truthful to the current reality of what the market offers. I truly appreciated her sales approach. Even though it didn't workout for me, I would highly recommend Bob's Furniture and Audrie for your furnishing needs.

Me and my girlfriend came in looking for a couch, and we found the perfect one! Our sales team member was amazing!! Her name was Cindy and she was so helpful and kind! She broke down everything for us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was a fantastic experience!

Had a great experience here with James was a friendly advisor. He help us find a really good deal on a dinning table and sofa. Most of the furniture pricing is pretty fair and they had good selections!!

We just stopped in to take a look and were pleasantly surprised. We picked out a bench that was back ordered and may take 8 mos to get, but I got a call the next day and it was available and ready to deliver. We get it in two days. Amazing! Very reasonably priced and John (our salesperson) was fantastic. His dad jokes need some work, but he was entertaining. Thank you for a positive experience and we will be back.
