I purchased the MLily Chiro Pro 1.0 mattress about a month ago. In the store, it didn’t seem overly firm, but after sleeping on it at home I found it to rock hard — one of the firmest mattresses I’ve ever used. Unfortunately, it has been uncomfortable and I’ve been waking up with aches and pains leading now having to invest in a topper for a $900 mattress just to make it suitable for sleep. The mattress cost was a significant investment, especially since it was presented as the only option in the outlet with a warranty. While I appreciated having that reassurance, the comfort level has not worked out for me. I originally came in looking for a hybrid mattress within a set budget, but since we were only shown two options — one that was too soft and this one, (which was far over budget) — we went with this. On the positive side, the seller, Cara, was responsive, the process was quick, and the mattress arrived on time. She is flexible and will be there at the store quickly if you need her. Her showroom is small, but she makes it work well.

She has something for everyone. I wish I found her before I spent $1200 at mattress firm. She has similar items and some name brands for a fraction of the price. Call before you go. Sometimes there is no one there but she will probably beat you there

Cara has an infectious warm and engaging personality but more importantly her knowledge is beyond what I expected having been to other places prior and ended up with nothing but disappointment and discouragement. Her knowledge coupled with her hands on personal service prompted me to make my purchase without any doubts. I don’t have friends as helpful as she was from beginning to delivery day. And when I had after delivery questions she immediately responded and was on target with answers. If you go anywhere please go here first or last but GO because the prices on name brand high quality mattresses are unbeatable. This place fits any budget and needs one has I promise. And meeting Cara is a gift with purchase.
