Hanks Fine Furniture

We went to Hanks in Russellville, Jan of this year, found a coffee table and end table set I liked, salesman asked if I wanted floor model to which I declined, so they ordered my set, when they came in two were damaged so we took them back & told to order another set that we were going on vacation for a couple weeks so no rush. Fast forward to Wednesday we called & asked if they were in, we go to pick up & they told us they unboxed them to check & make sure they were good, LIE!!!! Y'all they sanded tried to repair & spray paint thinking we wouldn't notice, I'm not including the LIES one after another, then we find out not only did the Manager tell them to do this, once he realized how bad they look he told them to box up the floor model & send with me. To say I'm angry is an understatement!!! LIARS LIARS, SCAMMERS & JUST SORRY BUSINESS!!! On a good note I found another set for 400.00 less & they're better quality and the service was Above & Beyond. First 3 pictures were the original, next pictures of their FINE repair work.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! We ordered and paid for a table to match the one we had previously purchased. We keep getting excuses for why it has not arrived. This has been months now! I would really like to have the matching table but I will NEVER set foot in that store again. They don't even call me anymore with updates. They took my money and then were done with me!! I have requested my money back and were told the table would be there the following Wednesday. That was SEVERAL Wednesdays ago and now they don't even communicate with me! Purchased $6k of furniture back in January of 2026. Middle March and I'm still waiting on remaining furniture. Company is a complete joke. We been lied to by everyone in that store. I would sit on the floor before I ever give these clowns another penny. You are absolutely rolling the dice when doing business with these crooks. You may get lucky but as the several reviews show, you may be one of the ones that they decide to screw over. Once they get your money, they could care less.

Josh was super helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He helped us pick out the perfect couch for our lifestyle with 4 little kids and animals while working with our budget.

This Hank's store is located near the Walmart Supercenter in Russellville, Ar..we were met at the entrance by Joe. he is a very pleasant salesperson that informed us of all the areas in the store and ongoing sales..very impressed with the big selection of different types of furniture and mattresses etc.
