Harbor Sofas and Mattresses

We’ve been a customer since 2014, we have referred a handful of close family and friends, and everybody that we know absolutely love their experience and outcome of their custom furniture. Sadly, our recent couch was ruined due to a flood leak so we had to get a new one and of course we immediately called the shop and they pulled up our previous dimensions and made the process so simple. We were working with Adam, he’s totally patient and understanding and will help customize your dream couch. They have so many options of different materials, colors, foam choices, and basically everything you could ever think of. I would never get anything from living spaces or Ashley‘s furniture ever again because why would you buy something that everyone else has when you could literally customize Furniture to maximize your own unique space.

They were over a month late with the order and still get a 5-Star review. That is because of their level of customer service. We ordered with enough time to get it by Christmas. That was not the case. Apparent there were losses and issues in manufacturing that delayed it week after week. That stuff happen. I understand. It was frustrating getting roughly 5 new expected dates, especially when my father's coworker ordered one weeks after I did, and got his well before mine, but what are you going to do? What sets them apart is not only the quality, but to make sure we had a good holiday season, they went out of there way to loan us a sofa. That's right. They made a special free delivery of a sofa we borrowed while waiting for ours. That's impressive from a business these days. And I will always recommend them for that. We are not loving our custom sofa that fits in our awkwardly shaped living room. Complete with tough fabric so our guests never have to worry about staining the couch. A giant ottoman with storage. So we can keep blankets in it, and when too many people want to sleep over, we can push it against the couch and have a big bed. And of course I had to get the matching dog bed. They were so kind. So nice. So attentive. Ryan helped us and he was a great guy to work with. I'm hoping this sofa lasts us many years to come. When it's finally time to replace it, we'll be back.

Alex and the Team at Harbor Sofas pulled through! We took delivery of our huuuuge sofa today and couldn't be more happier! Build quality is great (so far), and the comfort level either seated or lying down is high up in the cozy rating! The service, quality, and price can't be beat either! Highly recommend this fine establishment as many have on the numerous reviews! Will be back for sure!

This place is awesome. The employees are great. The delivery guys are fast and friendly and got the job done...all the way up to the 3rd floor with no elevator and yet still nothing was damaged! Couldn't of asked for n e thing better... Thank you 🙏 with your help I can officially say my apartment feels like a home
