Sleep Number

My partner and I ordered a bed from the store, and the store employee, Richmond, was super nice and helpful. He was fantastic. We ordered a bed at the end of June, and it was supposed to be delivered in the first week of July. We received the delivery confirmation with a date and time, but on the day of delivery, no one showed up, and we did not receive a call explaining why it was not delivered. We contacted the store, and Richmond was super sweet and tried to find out for us. He was not able to gather much information, but he did follow up with us a day or so later. We were contacted again to reschedule for two weeks later, and again, delivery was scheduled. On the second delivery reschedule, no one showed up, and we did not receive any calls or notifications explaining why it was not delivered. We called the customer service line and were told that the delivery was canceled, but we were never notified about the cancellation. We were asked to reschedule; however, we requested a full refund because it is now becoming a pattern. The lack of communication with their delivery service is so unfortunate and horrible, and we were not going to attempt a third delivery rescheduling just to be left waiting again. Two times was enough. They need to do better.

I really enjoy buying household goods here. There is a wide variety of designs, and the prices are excellent. The showroom layout makes it easy to browse and make a selection. Whenever I plan to buy household items, this is the first place that comes to mind. 👍👍

I've been a sleep number customer for many years. In fact I just purchased my second bed. I had a C2 Queen and my newest is a P6 King. I am very excited for my new bed to arrive. The staff at the Santa Ana location is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I general Sleep Number is amazing to work with. Even down the road if you need customer support they jump in and help. I can't think of a situation that I've had a bad experience. Also I've already seen improvements they made to the newer beds that were not on my first. Totally love to know that despite already having a good product Sleep Number keeps innovating and improving their product line. I highly recommend Sleep Number to anyone.

Just came here to check out the store, not really looking to buy but we got some amazing customer service from Chris! If I am ready to buy I will definitely come here for a new mattress.

Earlier today, I walked in to try out a few potential beds, since I will be purchasing a new bed in the near future. Let me tell you that Kevin was absolutely phenomenal, his knowledge and honesty, made my experience memorable. I highly recommend you ask for him, he'll answer all your questions and make great recommendations based on your needs and budget. I ended up purchasing a fantastic temperpudic cooling pillow. He is definitely a sleep master and part of the sandman legion. Wonderful customer service.
