We LOVE our new Harbor Springs Bed of Roses mattresses! Pam (saleswoman in Traverse City) was wonderful in helping us choose the right mattresses (we opted for two XL twins to make it up the stairs and become our king). It’s like sleeping on a perfect cloud. The delivery men (who happen also to be the creators of the mattresses) were wonderful. We chain sawed our old king size mattress in half so they could easily take it away!

I had a great experience from the beginning. Was promptly greeted by Pam. She explained how the beds were made, and the materials used. I appreciate they are all natural materials and that they are made locally to me. I was able to try the various beds and pillows, she made it easy to compare them. I ordered the bed of my choice and am so excited. She even answered a question later over the phone. I appreciate her knowledge of the products and her kind professionalism.

A fantastic experience all-around. The mattresses are made with quality, sustainable materials and hand-crafted locally. Before discovering Harbor Springs Mattress, I had no idea that buying a locally made mattress from a small company would be possible. Now, I consider myself fortunate to have this wonderful company with a great mission in the area.

Best mattress I have ever owned. Have tried a memory foam mattress . The problem was it had memory and started to have indentation in the mattress were you know you laid. After awhile it’s hard to get out of that spot. By the way the memory foam bed started showing the indentation after 8 months. Tried an orthopedic mattress and that just was never comfortable. We have tried the select comfort bed. Could never find the right pressure to sleep well. Then we came upon the Harbor Springs mattress company. Total game changer. We have had our mattress for almost 3 years now and still love it. This is quality at its finest. The best sleep I have had in years. We even went to the factory and watched them make a mattress and box spring. It even ended up being ours. Everybody from the store to the factory and to delivery was just a joy to work with. You can tell the people at the factory take extreme pride in there craftsmanship. I would give them 6 stars if I could. By the way the bed sleeps as good now as it did the day we got it. This is how beds were made in the past and made to last. I would highly recommend this bed. I forgot to add that I have had 7 back surgery’s and a neck surgery and sleep great on this mattress. Couldn’t do that with the memory foam mattress. Also the day we went down to check out this amazing mattress our daughter and her husband came into the store and ended up purchasing a new mattress of there own and they love there as well as we do. The Bed of Roses is the BEST.
