Jim Muennich and his crew provided excellent customer support and service in our recent purchase of 25 new mattresses, box springs, bed frames, and protectors. The delivery of the of the new beds and removal of all the old beds went very smoothly and quickly. Thanks for a great experience, start to finish!
View on GoogleAfter we had a great experience over a year ago with Affordable Mattress of Traverse City with regards to the purchase of a full mattress set and the excellent service, we decided to visit the Traverse City location again to search now for a set for our youngest son . This experience too went exceptionally well. This time we met with Jim, the owner, just before closing and we were able to find two twin mattresses we liked for a very reasonable price, after we determined the time was right to get new quality mattresses for his room. The owner was very helpful, polite, friendly, and wanting to assist in every way throughout the process. He answered all our questions, followed our direction without being pushy, gave great advice and extra time needed, and he was very accommodating for this transaction! Last but not least, the mattresses purchased were very very comfortable to sleep on, and we would again certainly recommend others to make Affordable Mattresses of Traverse City their first mattress buying choice! I certainly know in our case we again had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thanks!

It's hard to believe a place like this could still exist but take it from a neighbor, this is the place to get your next mattress. After shopping around for our next mattress we were truly surprised on how reasonable the prices were. We couldn't be happier with our experience and it feels good to be supporting a local business that is staffed with such authentic folks.

Kathi showed us the options that were available to us and what their features were then, let us test them out. View on GoogleKathi is amazing! We needed a new mattress so bad and Jim’s was our first stop. Our experience was so great and we went to Value City afterwards and realized… “what are we doing?”. We went right back to Kathi to purchase the bed we had chosen an hour later before they closed. She is a great listener who has years of experience and knowledge and it shows. Also want to mention the price is right here!! This will be our first stop again for our next bed. Thank you again :)
