View on GoogleStopped in this store after seeing the commercials. There was a lot of furniture to see, as the store is fairly crowded. I am giving a low rating because of the aggressive sales person Milo. I feel it would be impossible to have a relaxing shopping experience in this store. Milo may have had good intentions, but his over the top sales pitch was too much. I didn't need to hear his stories of how happy people are with his product and what other furniture salespeople would tell me if I went into a different store. All I wanted to do is look around and see if I liked any of the furniture and decide on my own if I liked the color or style. I appreciate having opportunity to buy locally made high quality furniture. I did not take the time to walk around the store and ask questions because I prefer a low key sales person who lets a customer browse on their own and offers assistance if needed.

They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to service their customers. They carry quality furniture and their customer service is the best!!! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases or their service.
View on GoogleI ordered a desk from Harn's Furniture & paid $200 down waited 6 weeks and found a better desk so cancelled. Milo told me I could not receive my down payment back. He cussed at me on the phone. I bought furniture there before but will not return.
