Daniel was AMAZING! We walked in with questions and he had all the answers. Furniture was delivered 8 days after purchase, pretty speedy in my opinion, and the delivery crew was also wonderful.
View on GoogleAbsolutely not acceptable! And Manager was not at all helpful. The entire experience from day one should have been a red flag ( not to purchase) I will NEVER purchase another item from them. I wouldn’t have given a one star rating 😡 when I picked it up it was not to be assembled… but it was and wrapped in a moving blanket with a half a roll of tape on it. I couldn’t even look at it before I left. 24 hours later they said sorry you waited too long!
View on GoogleWe had the privilege of having 3 great guys Doug/John/Carson deliver our new box spring and mattress. Very friendly and professional. Not sure if they were out of Rockford or Janesville.
View on GoogleWe had a very good non pressured experience. Bought a recliner for my husband and will be revisiting for a living room set. Sales people were pleasant to ask questions and professional in service.
View on GoogleThey were able to help us select a new bedroom set for my elderly parents. The prices were great, and they had a lot of options available for fast delivery. Really appreciate the smooth process and excellent service!
