Gaige was great. He listened to my needs and showed me some differences between 2 mattresses and then he showed me the adjustable base I wanted and helped get everything in my price range. My 14 year old granddaughter was with me and he was even patient with her. I don’t know which one of us is more excited about the new bed and base. He’s a great salesman and I would recommend if you go into Wausau store ask for him. He’s great and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait for pickup date. Awesome job Gaige. Thank you so much.
View on GoogleWayne was a great help in explaining how Tempur pedic mattresses work and how to watch for body alignment with it and other mattresses. Originally was looking at the Sealy posturepedic hybrid elite and after laying on it and the tempur pedic, we went with the tempur pedic. I have infusions in my lower back. Sciatica issues and have had both knees replaced. The tempur pedic gave me no pain after laying on it for 10 mins. We greatly appreciate Wayne’s assistance and knowledge! Definitely recommend! Looking forward to having our new mattress delivered!
View on GoogleReally good experience, concerns were heard, pros and cons were weighed, tried many different mattresses. Salesperson was well-informed, made us feel secure in our choices. Great deals on financing, too!
View on GoogleMike was extremely helpful in helping us find a bed in a box mattress. Gave us many options and helped us find a frame fit for our needs as well. He went above and beyond to find us an in stock frame when the one we had wanted was no longer available. This resulted in us scoring an awesome frame for a great deal. The mattress was suppose to arrive about a week or so later, but showed up at our front door within 48 hrs! Wild and fast delivery for sure. It came in perfect condition and was easy to set up. Totally recommend Mike and Mattress Firm of Wausau to those looking to upgrade their old mattress and finally get some better sleep. Will be returning for our future needs. Thanks Mike and Mattress Firm!
