Three months ago I left a one star review because I was upset because my sofa couldn’t be used but hart furniture really stepped up and made it right I will continue to do my business with them
View on GoogleThe prices are average for a furniture store. But, the product is not durable and as as comfortable as the display. The financial people will teach you what a warranty is and for, not you! I'm not holding my voice on any company that gets workers from a bigger misleading/untrustworthy company.
View on GoogleTHIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER RETURN. I ASKED FOR A 800 SO I CAN MAKE THIS COMPLAINT IN PRIVATE BUT MS DIANE SAID I HAD TO COMPLAIN BUT IM COMPLAINING ABOUT HER. I HOPE THIS STORE GET BETTER WITH CUSTOMERS ORDERS BECAUSE I LIVE TO FAR TO PLAY GAMES
View on GoogleReally great local Furniture Store. Stock wasn't spectacular due to COVID, but the customer service was top notch. Super friendly place that gave the best experience to a new couple in the area.
